Operated across technical architecture and people management: hiring, mentoring, and roadmap prioritization. Built a 100% GCP stack unifying 10+ heterogeneous sources into BigQuery, with 100+ analytical entities modeled in dbt powering Looker and Looker Studio dashboards. Led strategic projects on operational visibility, predictive models, and recommendation systems. Applied AI to product projects, including transcription and sentiment analysis of conversations using Gemini (Vertex AI), supporting areas like Customer Experience and Safety.
